Not long after she ended up on the cutting room floor of Clairol's
latest commercial amid howls of protest that she was even considered for the job, she made a last-minute departure from Jimmy Kimmel Live because she thought she was going to be hooked up to a polygraph machine. I'm sure it can't be much fun to be stood up by one of your guests on a live show.
Kimmel's response was good enough to be a "Quote of the Day" in my book:
"Apparently her 15 minutes ended the second before I introduced her. I felt like Jessica Simpson standing alone at the airport."
