Bindaas tells the story of a candid guy who falls in love with a young girl and in order to win her, he gets involved in criminal activities. The characterization of the protagonist is the same as in the film, Appu but the plot is different. Former child artiste Hansika Motwani plays the female lead. The tagline for the film is "Be Happy.No BP".
